Meet the Tuccitto Appraisal Experts

I founded Tuccitto Appraisal in 2006, and I’ve built my business around hard work, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing clients with accurate and well-supported valuations.
My experience in real estate goes back even further. I have held a professional real estate license since 1997, giving me decades of firsthand experience with the local real estate market. That perspective has helped me develop an in-depth understanding of what drives property values and how factors such as condition, quality, renovations, additions, and other improvements can affect a home's worth.
I understand that an appraisal can be an important part of a major financial decision, and I believe my clients deserve an honest and professional opinion of value.
After years in this business, I still believe that the foundation of a successful appraisal practice is simple: know the market, understand the property, do the work, and stand behind your valuation.

I have 2 wonderful stepdaughters who are starting families of their own, and I'm excited for my new title of "Grandpa". My faith is important to me as well, and I'm a council member of my lifelong Church. When I need a break from the stressors of work, I love to spend time boating on the St Croix River or hitting the slopes of the Rocky Mountains.

I have been a real estate appraiser since 1998 and am certified in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Over the course of my career, I have completed more than 10,000 appraisals throughout the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. My experience includes residential appraisals, FHA appraisals, and tax valuation, including a year working as an assessor for Hennepin County.

Outside of appraisal work, I enjoy volunteering with a men’s group and am also a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner. While that work is a little outside the world of real estate, it reflects my interest in helping and connecting with people in my community.

I have been married to my wife, Bria, for more than 30 years. We have two adult children and two grandsons. My son and his family live in Sweden, while my daughter lives in northern Minnesota and works with the Voyageurs Wolf Project. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family and staying involved in the community.
